(1) Registration fees include admission to scientific sessions, book of abstracts, all coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner, conference package and lunch Monday-Thursday onsite. In the case of Student registration (PhD and MSc students), a letter from supervisors must be sent to organization.
(2) Accompanying persons are not expected to attend the scientific sessions. Their fee includes the welcome reception with visit (Sunday), Excursion to Salinas (Wednesday) conference dinner.
Cancelling and Refunding
For cancellation before August 1, 2018 80% of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after August 1, 2018 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
