Dear colleagues,
Some of you might already know, but the community of molten salts and ionic liquids, and namely the organization of these conferences, lost yesterday 21th January 2018, one of its main supporters and organizers, our friend Ken Seddon. Ken died suddenly yesterday morning.
He was the founder and director of the QUILL Research Centre and leaves a hole in the community that will be difficult to replace.
